• Ensure all the operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost- effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and the best practices.
• Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency.
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service.
• Research the latest information technology security trends.
• Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise
• information security and IT risk management program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information is owned, controlled or processed by the organization.
• Design, deploy and test effectiveness of policies and procedures as per the Industry Standards.

Job Requirements & Skills:

Technical Skills : IT operation manager should have extensive training on computer software and hardware, including servers and systems, to

successfully lead IT departments.

Team Leadership : Lead teams of IT technicians, IToperations manager should be able to effectively manage IT personnel

and set department priorities.

Process Enhancement : IT managers develop and implement policies and procedures for the IT department, so some familiarity with assessing and improving processes is vital.

Communication Skills : IT operation manager should also be strong written and verbal communicators, able to communicate with team members, management personnel and end users throughout the organization.

Budget Management : IT operations managers oversee department budgets and capital expenditures, so they need strong financial management and budgeting skills.

Prior experience in the SAAS/ Technology/Startup industry and knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, PCI DSS, OWASP frameworks, GDPR & other cyber security guideline is required.

Working knowledge of Cloud environments like AWS, GCP, and Azure is required.

Working knowledge and implementation of IAM, SDLC, and DevOps.

Establishing and working with DevOps team in Agile Methodologies and Cloud technologies.

Required Experience:

 Minimum 10 years of experience in IT field.

 Minimum 5 years’ experience as IT Operations Manager.

 Those with Project Management Certifications will have preference.
