IT Operations Manager Job in Hyderabad at Procter & Gamble (P&G)

Procter & Gamble is hiring for the role of IT Operations Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• You will utilize your deep understanding of Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service, Linux, Windows server administration, networking, and databases to manage key applications and services running on virtualized and non-virtualized platforms.
• Resolve complex problems related to IT infrastructure and improve procedures for efficient operations.
• Leverage software development and open-source solutions to automate provisioning of services, monitoring, and corrections.
• Embrace agile methodologies to ensure quick resolution of IT issues.
• Craft and document procedures for Level 1 Incident Resolutions and provide self-service capabilities to Application Teams and customers.
• Collaborate with other teams such as Application and Infrastructure and Platform Service Providers during the triage and resolution of incidents.

Requirements:

• MBA/Btech
• A minimum of one role with diverse experiences in IT operations is required.
• Demonstrated depth of applied IT skills on one IT job profile.
• Experience in teamwork while demonstrating cultural awareness and a willingness to share insights.
• Ability to define and lead the work necessary to shape team dynamics, organizational culture, or IT practices.
