Conduent Business Services India LLP is hiring for the role of IT Operations Analyst I

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support the Timekeeping solutions that run on Windows OS and SQL databases.
• Assist users in resolving issues.
• Participate in performance monitoring and optimization.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers through strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Remain flexible to changes in priorities with the ability to multi-task.

Requirements:

• Experience in at least 2 industry standard ticketing tool
• Involves working in 24/7 rotational shift (should be willing to work in night shift)
• Minimum of 2– 4 years of progressively responsible experience, demonstrating in-depth working knowledge with a broad range of applications as Support personnel and with customer service experience
• Experience in Incident Management and Problem Management
• Experience in MS SQL database fundamentals, and writing SQL queries
• Knowledge of Windows 2008, 2012R2 and 2016 Servers
• Knowledge of File Transmission Protocols (SFTP, FTP) and networking concepts
• High energy, ability to multi-task, and prioritize conflicting demands
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
• Knowledge of MS Office Applications (WORD, EXCEL, VISIO, MS Project)
• Good Production Control literacy
• Strong demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Have a good understanding of infrastructure technologies like (Windows Servers, middleware, Linux, Networking, etc.)
• Knowledge of oofIIS is an added advantage
