HCL Tech is hiring for the role of IT Operations Lead!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensures timely resolution and quality compliance for escalated tickets/incidents as per agreed SLAs.
• Performs value-addition activities including mentoring team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining documentation, and sharing knowledge. Acts as a liaison to business segments for effective communication and stakeholder presentations when required.
• Validates Change Order Implementation Plans and Human Error Compliance; participates in capacity planning.
• Drives positive customer feedback and satisfaction by actively participating in customer meetings and understanding issues raised.
• Validates analyses such as RCA and trend analysis, and reviews reports to support performance improvements and presentations for key business stakeholders.
