IT Operation Specialist Job in Bangalore at Airbus

AIRBUS is hiring for the role of IT Operation Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Support Customer Services Applications by understanding the business process used in the Customer Services domain.
• Deploy highly available, scalable, maintainable, and monitored solutions.
• Develop, update, and use CI/CD pipelines to enable fully automated deployment of applications across all environments: Development, QA, and Production.
• Integrate Dev, Test, UAT, and Prod environments for continuous integration and delivery.
• Integrate security and code quality checking tools such as SonarQube and CheckMarx in CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with different teams (as required) for incident resolution.
• Manage ServiceNow resolver groups and perform tasks like server patching, license renewals, and certificate management to comply with security and compliance.
• Ensure effective communication with business teams and suppliers.
• Manage problem resolution, crises, and outages.
• Be accountable for KPI construction, monitoring, and alerting.
• Ensure application availability and propose improvement areas.
• Provide new software packages and upgrades as required.
• Respond to and resolve system failures and performance issues.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Technical IT Operations Specialist.
• Self-driven with the ability to explore and learn business processes, systems, and architectural designs.
• Experience in the Aviation Domain is a plus.
