IT Operation Analyst Job in Sanand at Ford India

Ford India is hiring for the role of IT Operation Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assists in troubleshooting of incidents, analysis, problem identification and service restoration for hardware, software and applications
• Opens incident report, escalates incidents as appropriate (i.e. technology SME, application SME, and operations hierarchy) and follows resolution process
• Performs monitoring of production systems, WAN, LAN or various types of hardware (i.e., CPU, storage) using appropriate tools for incident detection
• Provides input for problem and root cause analysis
• Assists in the planning of proposed hardware, software and/or network changes
• Performs Network and System incident analysis and restoration duties under direction of technical support
• Assists in the execution of infrastructure or application changes according to rigorous change control procedures
• Assists in analyzing the usage of system resources (i.e., CPU, storage, memory, applications) and assists in initiating actions to reallocate resources according to service level agreements
• Day to Day operations
• Operational Implementation & Launch
• Windows Server OS, Linux Server OS awareness
• ITIL certification preferred
• Scripting for automating day-to-day task.
• ITIL/ ITSM - Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity and Availability management
• Virtualization concepts, GCP Certification preferred
• Awareness on asset management tools and PFS hardwares. 
• Review controls report as per controls calendar.
• Collaborates with technology SME and application SME

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Exposure to Manufacturing Process
