• Track progress through a digital dashboard, flagging delays and proactively resolving issues.
• Bridge the gap between departments, collaborating with service providers and ensuring timely technology setup.
• Analyze metrics, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements to optimize the on/offboarding process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, data analytics, or equivalent.
• Articulate clearly, both written and verbal, with hiring managers, IT teams, and employees.
• Prioritize effectively, multitask with ease, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand workflows, anticipate needs, and adapt to changing procedures.
• Familiarity with help desk systems and the ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues are a plus.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and proactively implement solutions to improve the on/offboarding experience.
