Nestle is hiring for the role of IT Innovation Solution Architect!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Design and develop innovative and scalable solutions that leverage emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, or Internet of Things (IoT).
• Define the technical architecture and ensure alignment with business goals, industry best practices, and security standards.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of technology platforms, tools, and frameworks to support innovation initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the solution implementation process.
• Conduct research and analysis to assess the feasibility and potential impact of new technologies and solutions.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for innovation projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends, and share knowledge with the team.
• Participate in innovation workshops, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative activities to generate and refine ideas.
• Mentor and coach team members on solution architecture best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on designing and implementing innovative solutions.
• Strong technical expertise in areas such as cloud computing, microservices architecture, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Experience with solution architecture frameworks and methodologies, such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) Architecture
• Proficient in programming languages and frameworks relevant to innovation projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation
