IT Hardware Support Engineer Job in Bangalore at Foxbase Technologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote assistance to end-users to diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues for various IT equipment, including computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Offer guidance and step-by-step instructions to users for resolving hardware problems remotely.
• Guide users in the installation, configuration, and setup of hardware components such as PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals via online platforms.
• Provide online guidance on routine maintenance of hardware equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Create and update online documentation related to hardware configurations, procedures, troubleshooting steps, and FAQs.
• Conduct online training sessions and webinars to educate users about hardware best practices and efficient usage.
• Analyze hardware-related incidents reported by users and provide timely and effective solutions through online platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools and online support platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective online communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
