IT Functional Analyst Job in Bangalore at Baxter International

Baxter International is hiring for the role of IT Functional Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Setting plans and goals for their product/solution/solution and their teams, constantly communicating and building consensus to meet the established outcomes, with PMs and BRMs.
• Planning how the solution will be implemented to maximize the value of the product/solution.
• Working daily with user experience designers, visual designers, and software engineers to make strategic and tactical decisions about product/solution functionality, balancing appropriate tradeoffs between business goals, user goals, scalability/maintainability, time-to-market, and process efficiency.
• Identifying potential technology options and completing IT cost assessments with support for IT architecture resources as needed.
• Capturing business and functional requirements and writing clear specifications to communicate them to the development teams.
• Defining features and continuously forces prioritization with the PM to identify the right initiatives to focus on and add to the product/solution roadmap to ensure there is a constant flow of value creation.
• Playing a lead role in process governance of harmonizing processes and the underlying system solution whenever possible.
• Innovating through research and prototyping and drives the development and adoption of next-generation technologies and business practices.
• Working with the technical architects and engineers to define technical solutions and enablers in line with functional and non-functional requirements and the process flows defined.
• Integrating upcoming enabler work such as architecture, data privacy, security, regulatory, and compliance into the backlog with the PM.
