Accor is hiring for the role of IT Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage and maintain the overall IT infrastructure of the property, including network connectivity, hardware, software, databases, and other related systems.
• Ensure all systems are secure and operational.
• Respond to IT-related issues and requests.
• Research and develop new systems and technology solutions to improve hotel operations.
• Establish best practices for IT security.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support and assistance to guests and staff.
• Participate in continual professional development.
• Provide daily IT support for hotel staff and operations.
• Manage PMS, POS, Back-office, and other hospitality applications.
• Ensure smooth operation of Wi-Fi, CCTV, and telecommunication systems.
• Monitor data backups, system security, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot IT issues promptly to avoid guest service disruptions.
• Coordinate with vendors for AMC, software, and hardware support.
• Maintain IT asset records and compliance documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven experience in IT management
• In-depth knowledge of various computer systems, applications, and network security
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
