DocuSign is hiring for the role of IT Enterprise Technology Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Provide technical support to end users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities.
- Act as an escalation point for complicated technical issues within the team.
- Provide technical direction and supervision to junior staff in system development, implementation, and problem-solving.
- Create documentation and training materials to support end users and internal IT teams, contributing to company policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT automation and support, recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
- Availability for occasional off-hours and weekend work as needed.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) concepts and tools.
- Experience working with diverse, globally dispersed teams, relying on asynchronous work practices.
- In-depth technical knowledge and experience with JAMF/Intune endpoint management software.
- Experience with Google Workspace management and support.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Basic knowledge of AWS.
