Licious is hiring for the role of IT Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of software applications.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or vendors.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Proactively identify recurring problems and recommend solutions to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
- Have 1+ years of experience in Service Desk or Technical Support.
- Are able to work rotating shifts from 3:30 AM to 12 PM for after-hours support as needed.
