Razorpay is hiring for the role of IT Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensures that the technologies are updated with current, stable, and compliant architecture and applications that meet enterprise standards
• Manages system/application environment and ongoing operations
• Performs on-call activities as needed for the environment and technologies
• Contribute input to infrastructure architecture
• Provide input into infrastructure architecture designs
• Researches, designs, implements, and tests technology solutions
• Collaborates with IT and business area partners on work groups and initiatives
• Troubleshoots software and/or hardware issues/failures
• Ensures execution and alignment to architectural standards and blueprints
• Resolves alerts and performs remediation activities
• Writes programming/scripting
• Determines migration and upgrade impacts and diagnoses/resolves complex technology/application errors
• Performs installation, monitoring, testing, configuration, migration, maintenance and troubleshooting of assigned technology (MAC)
• Monitors and reports performance and utilization of assigned technologies;

Requirements:

• Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in HelpDesk, and IT administration.
• Experience using Agile methodology
• Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately
• Competent working in one or more environments highly integrated with an operating system (MAC and Windows ).
• Must have strong Apple product knowledge.
