Harman International is hiring for the role of IT Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage compliance, audits, and daily security tasks, and supervise other security admins.
• Craft policies, architecture, and training to strengthen your security stance.
• Manage incident reporting, response, and analysis. Develop & update risk assessment programs.
• Track security legislation, advisories, alerts, and vulnerabilities for customer protection.
• Define security controls, monitor systems, conduct vulnerability assessments, and administer security tools.
• Identify potential security risks to comply with regulations and report issues to management.
• Interact with business owners, explain risks, and present mitigation solutions.
• Experience with network/security software, security programs, compliance audits, and disaster recovery planning.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 2-4 years of specialized security experience (intrusion analysis, forensics, etc.).
• Proficient in IPS/IDS, AV, vulnerability scanners, DLP, and web/email security.
• Familiarity with ISO 2700X, PCI, SOX. Knowledge of BC/DR plans. CEH, CISA, CCNA Security, CISSP preferred.
• Strong written/verbal skills, document comprehension, report writing, and public speaking ability.
• Solve problems with limited standardization, follow instructions, and determine best solutions. On-call availability on weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable sitting for extended periods and working in a 24/7 environment.
