HDFC is hiring for the post of IT-DPC Operations officer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Responsible for executing assigned checklists, user requests & Adhoc request in the shift
- Ready to extend shifts during any emergency and to work in 24*7 shifts
- Responsible for adhering to the audit / compliance guidelines applicable for DPC
- Responsible for escalation to Shift in Charge, System Supervisors for any discrepancy in the daily executions
- Responsible for timely logging of USD calls for incidents
- Responsible for monitoring of email alerts
- Responsible for various adhoc tasks as assigned for the IT DPC Operations team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree
- Bachelor of Engineering - BE, Master of Engineering - MEng, Bachelor of Science - B.Sc
