Syneos Health is hiring for the role of IT Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Write and understand complex SQL queries, including joins, CTE, to extract and manipulate the data.
• Manage and monitor the data pipelines in Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Manage to understand the integration with Veeva CRM and Salesforce
• Ensure data quality checks and business level checks in data pipeline of ADF and Databricks.
• Monitor and trouble shoot data and pipeline related issues, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Monitoring of system performance and reliability, troubleshooting issues and ensuring data delivery before committed SLA.
• Strong Understanding of Azure DevOps and Release process (Dev to Ops Handover)
• Manage to work in different EST shifts (11:30 am IST – 8:30 pm IST and 4:30 pm IST to 2:30 am IST)
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and other technical member to provide operational activities related services.
• Strong Documentation Skills

Requirements:

• Full-Time bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology, computer science, IT or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in data engineering or ETL fields.
• Handson experience in Root cause analysis and trouble shooting.
• Must have Azure DP-203 Certified
• Databricks Related certifications would be preferable.
• Strong Collaboration, teamwork skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Gen2, Azure Dedicated SQL Pools, SQL, Python/PySpark
