AMETEK is hiring for the role of IT Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases.
• Create and manage Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
• Prepare documentation for database applications.
• Develop best practices for database design and development activities.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with SQL Server, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Experience with Azure services, particularly Azure Data Factory and pipelines.
• Good working knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI, SSRS, etc.
• Exposure to maintaining and supporting databases in Azure and on-premises is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English (verbal and written) effectively
