Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Implement data quality control measures to ensure accurate data migration into My Class Board.
• Use data mapping techniques for precise data set transfers.
• Maintain detailed documentation of data migration activities for auditing.
• Engage in system analysis workshops to document business requirements and workflows.
• Assist in creating user interface mockups and functional specifications for ERP system enhancements.
• Perform basic system configuration tasks as per senior team members' guidance.
• Execute test scripts and accurately document results to assure system functionality.
• Provide basic support during user training sessions, clarifying system functionalities.
• Proactively report potential issues encountered during testing and training phases.
• Ensure clear communication with project managers, business users, and IT team members.
• Offer insights and suggestions in team discussions and meetings.
•  Support colleagues in collaborative efforts to meet project goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree Information Technology /Computer Science or in any relevant field.
•  At least 1 year of experience in data entry or related field preferred.
•  Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, and reporting.
•  Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to project needs.
