Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Validate prices of the securities in clients' (hedge fund) portfolios.
• Perform various reconciliations to ensure the client's NAV is correct.
• Review documents such as audit confirmations.
• Provide daily and month-end pricing checks for clients' investment portfolios across various financial products like equities, options, swaps, CDS, etc.
• Verify and compare valuations against feeds from NASDAQ, NYSE, Bloomberg, etc.
• Highlight issues in case of discrepancies in valuations.
• Reconcile all positions and cash balances across various financial products in clients' portfolios with counterparty statements.
• Report exceptions during the reconciliation process.
• Keep in mind product-specific features during reconciliations.
• Utilize knowledge of corporate actions and accounting entries during reconciliations.
• Review standard MSFS confirmation released to investors' auditors providing the investors' holdings for the audit period.
• Ensure the portfolio has been valued as per the client's offering memorandum.
• Highlight and escalate exceptions in the CERT processes if required.
• Update and coordinate with the accounting team regarding the status of pricing and reconciliation on a real-time basis.
• Achieve all daily and monthly deliverables by the defined deadlines and escalate in case of delays.
