IS-Super Trader Job in Chennai at Sharekhan Ltd

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting alloted regions for achieving sales target of Investment Products.
• Manage a client base efficiently, through strong relationship skills
• Deepen the client relationship through products distributed by Super Trader Segment such as mutual funds, PMS, Model Portfolios, Managed Strategies, Corporate FDs and other products introduced by team from time to time etc.
• Interact with the team members to maximise business opportunity, via leads and client referrals
• Achieve atleast the prescribed minimum sales productivity every month
• Generate the prescribed new to sharekhan customers
• Conduct investor awareness programs for regions/cluster
• Conduct timely trainings for RM of assigned region.
• Constant efforts on direct databases for activation / reactivation / retention of clients.
• Client retention by reviewing needs of clients, proposing solutions and working out win-win deals whenever required.
• To ensure the desired NPS score is achieved

TO CONTRIBUTE:

By achieving assigned region segment cross selling targets on monthly basis.

By taking additional responsibilies in the event of absentism of fellow colleagues

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• MBA (Finance),BBA/BBM, BCOM
• Passed NISM-Series-V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification Examination
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Investment Sales
• Preferred Certified Financial Planner

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONAL SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES:

• Strong understanding of wealth management and Investment poroducts.
• Prior experience of handling/managing team and getting their targets achieved for Investment Products.
• Knowledge of Capital Markets and Third-party investment products like Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, Structured products etc
• Presentation Skills

PERSONAL SKILLS:

• Good communication skills (Both written & oral)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be process oriented and must be willing to learn and adapt
