Micron is hiring for the role of IP Verification - AMS Verification Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide verification support to design projects by simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon full-chip designs.
• Develop Test cases/Stimuli to increase the functional coverage for all DRAM and emerging memory architectures and features.
• Develop and maintain test benches and test vectors using simulation tools and run regressions for coverage analysis and improvements.
• Co-work with international colleagues on developing new verification flows to take on the challenges in DRAM and emerging memory design.
• Participate in developing verification methodology and verification environments for advanced DRAM and emerging memory products.
• Contribute to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits
• Parasitic modeling and assisting in design validation, reticle experiments, and required tape-out revisions
• Oversee and manage the layout process including floor planning, placement, and routing
• Perform verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulators
• Contribute to cross-group communication to work towards standardization and group success
• Work with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering groups to ensure accurate manufacturability of product
• Proactively solicit guidance from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve the design quality
• Drive innovation into the future Memory generations within a dynamic work environment
