We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations to join our team. As an Investor Relations, you will play a critical role in maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, and ensuring that the company's investment story is effectively communicated to the market.

*Responsibilities:*

- Develop and implement investor relations strategies to achieve company goals

- Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders

- Coordinate and prepare materials for investor meetings, presentations, and conferences

- Respond to investor inquiries and provide timely and accurate information

- Collaborate with management team to develop and disseminate investor communications

- Monitor and analyze market trends, investor sentiment, and competitor activity

- Develop and maintain investor relations materials, including investor presentations, fact sheets, and website content

- Assist in the preparation of quarterly earnings releases and other financial reports

- Coordinate and execute investor events, including annual general meetings and investor days

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investor relations best practices, and regulatory requirements

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
