Michael Page is hiring for the role of Investment Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Participate in investment activities, contributing to the identification, evaluation, and execution of potential opportunities. Manage end-to-end processes of deal sourcing, due diligence, and transaction execution, ensuring thorough analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Engage in portfolio management activities to enhance value creation across diverse sectors and geographies.
• Collaborate closely with senior management and functional heads to support the establishment and growth of the fund, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making and operational dynamics

Requirements:

• The successful candidate for this role would ideally have 2-4 years of experience and come from a background in Investment Banking (front-end).
• They should be based in Mumbai (open to relocating to Mumbai) and possess sector-specific expertise in either energy, metals and mining, infrastructure and technology & retail (Mandatory).
• The candidate should have demonstrated a strong track record in deal execution, due diligence and portfolio management, combined with a strategic mindset and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
