Investment Performance Analyst Job in Gurgaon at Black Rock

Black Rock is hiring for the role of Investment Performance Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Partner with teams globally to present a consistent client experience catalyzing a common culture; lead attribution analysis as an authority!
• Coordinate accurate and timely performance information across several fund groups while understanding the flow of information and data between the various groups and systems
• Research residuals using the Aladdin platform and suggest resolutions.
• Gain full understanding of internal analytical systems (Aladdin), and use them to investigate internal and external client inquiries and support our growing business needs.
• Display integrity and confidence when dealing with different teams - be open to taking ownership and try to understand the data flows and dependencies.
• Support and complete various efficiency and capacity-building performance reporting initiatives, including automation/standardization efforts by using the full scope of BlackRock's technology platform

Requirements:

• Demonstrate conceptual and practical understanding of performance and attribution concepts.
• Have 1 - 4 years of experience in Performance and Attribution within Asset management industry.
• Show keen interest in learning about Multi-Asset, Fixed Income and Equity instruments, and general performance principles.
• Demonstrate good programming skills with SQL, Python and Power BI. Passionate about learning new technologies, and eager to delve into Aladdin attribution.
