Responsibility:

• Collaborate with a team to manage client questionnaires and consultant database efforts.
• Complete client questionnaires by gathering necessary information from Sales, Product Specialists, and other departments.
• Compile and review language, strategy setups, and quantitative data for accuracy, ensuring error-free, high-quality documents.
• Coordinate with global teams to meet deadlines and maintain document quality.
• Regularly update content in the library to ensure information is current.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively, project manage responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience, with familiarity in Salesforce and proposal software (e.g., Loopio, Qvidian) preferred.
• Strong communication, commitment, team spirit, and collaborative mindset.
• Analytical skills to evaluate data and provide improvement recommendations.
• Excellent project andata analysd time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Proactive communicator with outstanding English writing and public-speaking skills, adept at interacting across all levels and functions
