Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group is hiring for the role of Investment Data Analytics Manager!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Recruit, motivate, and develop Gurugram staff into a high performing team that provides accurate, timely, and trusted data.  This role reports to a Senior Manager, located in Vancouver Canada.
• Define and be accountable for operational processes that achieve business objectives.
• Provide leadership and support for data operations including handling issue escalations, operational problem solving, risk identification and mitigation, and stakeholder communications.
• Take a proactive approach to ensure the reliability of data processes and data quality checks, redesigning workflows as required.
• Work with business and technology teams to define and implement process improvements.
• Support the Senior Manager, to implement aspects of a multi-year Modern Data Platform initiative and other projects as required.
