PwC is hiring for the role of Investment Banking Advisory Associate!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare pitches and proposals for deal sourcing.
• Execute deals by preparing collateral, including complex financial models for M&A and funding transactions.
• Create information memorandums, teasers, and valuations using various approaches like relative valuation, DCF, and replacement cost.
• Prepare investor long and shortlists and manage outreach for marketing.
• Respond to investor queries during marketing and due diligence phases.
• Conduct industry research for market sizing, competition landscape, and transaction comps.
• Research and identify potential investors for outreach.
• Participate in negotiation discussions on term sheets and documentation.
• Assist in deal closure and related administrative tasks, including engagement letters, invoicing, and approvals.
• Participate in client and investor meetings and calls.

Requirements:

• MBA or CA qualification in Investment Banking.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking.
