Full Job Description:
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, STEM, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or related fields.
- Familiarity with evaluating real estate investments is strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis, is required.
