Investment Analyst Job in Mumbai at Artha Venture Fund

Role Overview: As a Venture Capital Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our portfolio companies. You will be responsible for managing 10-12 portfolio companies across our three funds, driving their success, and actively closing 5-8 new deals annually. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and support the growth of 10-12 portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and operational support.

Identify, evaluate, and close 5-8 new investment opportunities per year, contributing to the expansion of Artha Group's portfolio.

Collaborate with senior management, legal teams, and entrepreneurs, ensuring the seamless execution of deals and strategic initiatives.

Engage in rigorous market research to inform investment strategies and support portfolio companies in securing follow-on funding rounds.

Expectations:

Qualifications:

MBA or CA, with a preference for candidates holding an additional master's degree.

3-5 years of experience in venture capital or private equity, with a proven track record in portfolio management and deal closure.

Demonstrated understanding of financial modeling, due diligence, and the intricacies of venture capital investment.

Compensation:

The annual salary package of ₹21 lakhs, ₹18 lakhs in monthly payments, and a yearly ₹3-lakh retention bonus.
