Wells Fargo is hiring for the role of Investigator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Gathering comprehensive evidentiary materials on cases with moderate to high risk or complexity related to individual allegations.
• Training, consulting, and providing risk-based investigative products and services to all lines of business.
• Guiding and executing international research programs with moderate to high risk or complexity.
• Making risk-based decisions in compliance with company expectations, based on legal and regulatory requirements, and recommending actions in response to research findings.
• Presenting recommendations for case resolution.
• Providing examination of complex allegations and diverse staff relations problems using independent judgment based on in-depth review of company policy and procedures and employment law legislation.
• Functioning under a moderate degree of guidance and supervision with limited exposure to client senior management.
• Creating and providing communication to reporting parties, investigators, and leaders as well as internal legal counsel.
• Collaborating with staff relations, legal, business management, and other resources to offer decision recommendations based on research results.
• Serving as the primary client contact on assigned casework.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Investigations experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
