Amazon is hiring for the position of Investigation Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Conduct thorough and timely investigations into various types of incidents, including customer complaints, policy violations, and security breaches.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze evidence, identify root causes, and develop recommendations to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
- Maintain detailed case files and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Graduate in any discipline is required.
- Excellent written and spoken skills.
- Excellent interactive skills, with the ability to write & communicate complex issues appropriately and evidently to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-disciplined, quick-learning, diligent and detail-oriented.
- Effectively prioritizes work time to ensure quality and fulfills department standards for time spent.
