Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls and provide assistance to customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
• Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and provide accurate information or guidance.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy while interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on customer issues that require further investigation.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the system.
• Promote and upsell products or services to customers, if appropriate and in line with company policies.
• Meet performance targets and KPIs related to customer satisfaction, call quality, and productivity.
• Utilize the customer relationship management (CRM) system to record and document all interactions with customers accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and neutral accent for effective communication with international customers.
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues and find appropriate solutions promptly.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
• A positive attitude, patience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
