Datamatics is hiring for US B2B Lead Generation(Work from Home), who will be responsible for generating Leads from International Markets !!!

Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Profile: Outbound Voice Process

• Market Research/ Contact Discovery through Professional networking and other professional websites.
• Involving Business Development activities for International markets, sales experience build and maintain strong client relationships, Lead Generation, Outbound sales experience.
• Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined USA geographies
• Focused on achieving/ exceeding daily/ weekly/ monthly targets defined for self and team.
• Interact with business prospects, the key decision makers in large enterprises and fix up meetings with the clients to help them reach their business goals

Desired Candidate Profile:

Agents having international Sales dialing experience(Inbound/Outbound) would be an added advantage

Need to have Laptop/Desktop at home (preferred)

High speed broadband connection (must)

Calling environment as WFH scenario (must)

Ready to work in night shifts (must)

Excellent Communication skills (must)

Perks and Benefits:

Shift Timings: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Night Shifts)

Working Days: 5 Days working with Saturday Sunday fixed off.
