Petpooja is hiring for the role of International Technical Support Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Research and identify solutions to basic software and hardware issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical problems, including account setup and network configuration.
• Ask specific questions to effectively determine the cause of customer issues.
• Communicate with clients via phone, guiding them through steps to resolve technical and product issues.
• Provide step-by-step technical and product support.

Requirements:

• Graduation's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 0 - 5 Years of experience is required in technical support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows (must), Linux, and/or Mac OS environments.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Understand and speak at least basic English.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and Indian national holidays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
