Wissen is hiring for the role of International Recruiter!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases 
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels across time zones 
• Communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment  
  process 
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and share shortlists with stakeholders 
• Track candidate pipeline and maintain accurate data in ATS or internal recruitment systems 
• Follow up with candidates for interview availability, feedback, and documentation 
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle 

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition 
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions 
  
• Comfortable working during night shift (US time zones) 
  
• Based in Bangalore (remote work allowed)
