Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and other written channels
- Assist with order tracking, returns, product inquiries, and account issues
- Maintain high standards of written communication and empathy
- Document interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate to resolve complex issues and meet performance metrics
- Uphold brand tone and adhere to data protection protocols
Required Skills & Competencies
- B1 level proficiency in written English (Writex assessment required)
- Strong grammar, spelling, sentence construction skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Willingness to work US night shifts
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream)
- Must be available for a full-time 4-month contract
- Must work from the Noida office
- Pass Writex B1 quality assessment
