We are hiring for international chat process ( Customer support )

Roles & Responsibilities:

-     Support through Chat / Email

-     Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines

-     Ability to build rapport with the customer

-     Ability to overcome objections and ask for the business

Key Skills:

-     Knowledge of mobile / computing products

-     Should possess effective written communication skills and comprehension skills

-     Undergraduate & above (No backlogs & Not pursuing any regular studies)

-     Freshers / Experienced

-     Immediate joiners are preferred.

-     Willing to work in Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts
