Internal Controls Analyst Job in Gandhinagar at Kraft Heinz

• Partner with the Global Internal Controls team on the design, testing, implementation, and evaluation of internal controls activities to improve processes periodically.  
• Implement and evaluate process changes or a portion of an initiative with moderate complexity. 
• Engage with cross-functional teams to leverage strategy, scaled capabilities and drive consistency across the team where possible 
• Build the business case for making a change to current practices, programs, or procedures. 
• Maintain materials and records appropriately. Develop, implement, and maintain a system of measurement to validate the effectiveness of programs that support internal controls team development, and growth
• Develop, update, and analyze metrics used to determine operational performance or other measures deemed valuable to the global internal controls team
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on identifying and implementing new and continued training and development needs
• Support the accurate and timely production of primary stakeholder reports (including Executive and Non-executive management) managing the key stakeholder feedback process and consolidating results
• Identify issues and opportunities for continuous improvement that demonstrate insightful analysis and sound judgment
• Support and drive the development, implementation, and execution of strategic and business plans
• Support the implementation, development, and use of practice management tools

Requirements:

• BA/BS/BSc (or equivalent) in Accounting or Business (or a similar field) is desirable 
• Displays strong research, problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Substantial internal audit/controls experience (or similar, e.g., risk management) is preferred, in an audit or control function
• Strong knowledge of internal control practices and techniques
• Demonstrated leadership in managing people and projects and ability to develop and maintain relationships with personnel on all levels
• Experience with effective interaction with members of senior management
• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to convey complex and technical issues in a concise and easy-to-understand style
• Experience in quality assurance and ability to effectively challenge peers on the quality of audit work
• Experience in defining and delivering training through a variety of techniques and methods
