Internal Auditor Job in PAN India at Sammaan Capital Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits as per the approved audit plan.
• Review financial, operational, and compliance processes to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify control gaps, process weaknesses, and risk areas.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with observations, risk ratings, and recommendations.
• Follow up on previous audit findings to ensure timely closure.
• Evaluate accuracy, reliability, and integrity of financial and operational information.
• Assess fraud risks and investigate irregularities where required.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and statutory guidelines.
• Assist in developing and improving internal control frameworks.
• Coordinate with different departments during audits and provide guidance on control improvements.
