Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct Internal Audit and Process Audit based on PwC methodology.
• Review processes, sub-processes, and activities to evaluate control effectiveness.
• Perform SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) and IFC (Internal Financial Controls) reviews.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Document audit findings clearly and propose root-cause based recommendations.
• Prepare client deliverables, audit reports, and status updates.
• Work with large volumes of data and perform analytical assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on complex assessment issues.
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
• Work within an IC (Internal Controls) model or assist in guiding Associates/Specialists.
