About this Job
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update CRM database of prospects, clients, and partners.
- Track and analyse lead pipeline and engagement metrics.
- Assist in preparation of client communication materials.
- Support outreach campaigns and event follow-ups (Fintech Summits, IFSCA, etc.).
Ideal Candidate
- Pursuing BBA/MBA/Marketing/Management programs.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar preferred).
