BNY Mellon is hiring for the role of Intermediate Representative - Accounting!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Knowledge and experience in preparing General ledger balance sheet account reconciliations like Prepaid, Accrual, BRS, Loans, Equity, and VAT reconciliations.
- Knowledge and experience in Identification and aging of reconciling items.
- Knowledge of Accrual & Prepaid concepts and the Golden rules of accounting.
- Expertise in Journal entries process for prepaid amortization, accruals, and journal entries Intercompany transactions using Affiliates.
- Perform basic research on financial data to support senior colleagues in the analysis of financial information.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years experience in Month end close and reconciliations
- Qualification - B.Com/M.Com/MBA (B.com with 3+years’ experience, M.Com and MBA with 2+years of experience)
- Preferably have working knowledge of ERP (PeopleSoft/Oracle and SAP) and Blackline reconciliations
- Preparation of process documentation
