Interior Designer with Structural Engineering Job in Jaipur at DY Infrastructure & Projects Private Limited (DYIP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts that integrate aesthetic appeal with structural integrity.
• Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
• Select furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes that align with the design vision and structural requirements.
• Conduct structural analysis to ensure the feasibility of design concepts.
• Assess load-bearing structures, supports, and materials to guarantee safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with structural engineers to address complex structural challenges.
• Conduct client meetings to discuss project goals, preferences, budget, and structural considerations.
• Present design proposals and make necessary revisions based on client feedback.
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and structural soundness.
• Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee the implementation of design projects, ensuring quality, adherence to plans, and structural compliance.
• Source and procure materials, furniture, and accessories.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Coordinate deliveries and installations with project timelines.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality and adherence to design and structural plans.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including specifications, contracts, and structural reports.
• Maintain accurate records of design changes, budgets, and client communications.
• Provide regular progress reports to clients and management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Candidates with relevant experience in related fields will be preferred/Freshers can also apply
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and structural analysis.
• Ability to create detailed design drawings and specifications.
