LivSpace is hiring for the role of Interior Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create modular designs based on client conversations and feedback.
• Communicate regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust approaches accordingly.
• Stay updated on interior design trends to provide innovative ideas.
• Own the sales funnel and drive sales closure.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and maintain quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, including regular site visits.

Requirements:

• Graduation or relevant diploma in Interior Design.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
• Led and delivered 2 to 4 residential modular KWS projects.
• Proficient in design tools, including AutoCAD and PowerPoint presentations.
• Expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, mood board) and technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation).
• Knowledge of modular design (aesthetics, functionality, module planning) and civil works/services (specifications and installation details).
• Experience in creating BoQ for customers and coordinating with internal and external agencies.
• Strong sales expertise in closure through logical and trusted sales pitches, driving design meetings.
