Job Description:

• This is an opportunity to transform your career in the interior design domain by owning & leading the design role on client projects end to end.
• Your responsibilities would include handling customer leads, pitching most feasible design solutions in totality covering designs, product solutions, quotations and convincing clients on your offering.
• While you are not expected to generate your own business leads, you would be responsible for owning your sales pipeline and drive closures by following the Livspace defined process on which you will be trained.
• You would be responsible for the entire customer experience along with the quality & accuracy of design deliverables.
• You are expected to coordinate with various internal stakeholders and work on Livspace platform tools & software.

• Diploma in Interior Design
• B. Interior Design
• M. Interior Design
• Diploma in Architecture
• B. Arch
• M. Arch
• 12th +1 year Diploma in Interior Design
• Other Degree + Diploma in Interior Design
• Civil Eng + Diploma in Interior Design

Preferred Profile:

• Graduation / Diploma in Interior Designing/ Architecture
• Minimum experience of 6 months as an Interior Designer
• Led and delivered minimum 2-4 Residential projects, with scope including modular (kitchen wardrobe) design
• Holds excellent knowledge of design tools like AutoCAD, PowerPoint
• Holds design expertise in conceptual design - Layout, Style, Moodboard creation
• Has strong working knowledge of technical design - Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation
• Has a strong knowledge of modular kitchen & wardrobe design - material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning
• Has working knowledge of civil works & services - specifications & installation details
• Holds technical expertise in creating BoQ/ quotation for customers and coordinating with internal & external agencies
• Ability to drive sales closure by way of logical & trusted sales pitch, driving and leading the design meetings with the customers
• Holds behavioural attributes - result oriented, team work, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication
