Job Description:

· Required to provide accurate product based knowledge to Clients and ensure for Best Possible Service in terms of Accurate and Timely Information of flow of transaction

· Required to Coordinate well with the RM/Client & Banks for the Smooth Execution of Transactions with regard to Negotiating import Letters of Credit.

· Required to prepare LC Draft as per both party's requirements

· Understanding Clients service-related requirements & providing timely services from Advising of LC to Discounting of LC

· Required Customer Oriented approach & always looking out for Ways to achieve the expected Strike Rate.

· Responsible for maintaining data and sharing with the respective Business team – RMs

· Required skills for Accurate MIS handling & Entries into Software for Offering Up to date information to the Client.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Should have Good Interpersonal Skills, Excellent verbal & written communication skills, networking and negotiating skills.

· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.
