JLL is hiring for the role of Intelligent Automation Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and suggest RPA implementation strategies.
• Design and develop Intelligent Automation (IA) solutions using tools like UiPath, Xceptor, Alteryx, and Power Platform to automate repetitive tasks and improve process efficiency.
• Develop and configure bots using RPA tools to interact with various systems, databases, APIs, and interfaces.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and technical documents for developed automation solutions.
• Conduct unit testing and debugging of RPA bots to ensure they are functioning correctly and meeting business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation performance, scalability, and stability.
• Collaborate with the infrastructure and security teams to ensure RPA solutions meet the organization's IT policies, data security, and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users during the IA implementation and post-implementation stages.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, advancements, and best practices in RPA technology and automation tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an RPA Developer or a similar role.
• Strong programming skills, preferably in Java, C#, Python, or VBScript languages.
• In-depth knowledge of RPA and low code no code tools like UiPath, Xceptor, Alteryx, and Power Platform and their functionalities.
• Familiarity with process analysis, workflow design, and process automation methodologies.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into automated solutions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
