Integration Specialist - Planview Job in Bangalore at NTT DATA

NTT DATA is hiring for the role of Integration Specialist - Planview! 

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes and integration requirements. 
• Conduct detailed assessments of customer systems, processes, and current integrations to identify gaps and propose solutions. 
• Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive technical specifications. 
• Document integration use cases, data flow diagrams, and system architectures. 
• Develop, test, and deploy integrations using tools such as Tasktop, Planview Hub, and custom scripts. 
• Ensure data accuracy and system integrity during integration processes. 
• Configure and implement integration workflows between Planview and other platforms (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, SAP).
• Serve as the point of contact for customers during the integration project lifecycle. 
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams on integration-related issues. 
• Conduct thorough testing of developed integrations to ensure they function as expected. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. 
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in integration technologies. 
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions. 

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in developing and managing integrations, with a focus on Planview integrations. 
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency with integration tools such as Snaplogic, Mulesoft, Planview Hub, and API management. Experience with data formats like XML, JSON, REST, and SOAP. 
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of project portfolio management and familiarity with tools such as Planview Portfolios. 
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and technical teams. 
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop actionable and efficient solutions. 
• Certification (preferred): Certification in Planview tools or related integration platforms is a plus. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in integration platforms or Planview solutions are advantageous.
