RippleHire is hiring for the role of Integration Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Interact front-end with clients (current/prospect) & third-party platform partners on integration-related discussions
- Act as an advisor for the best possible integration approach and prerequisites
- Capture and document the integration ecosystem and design integration workflows between RippleHire & external systems
- Assist the Support team with troubleshooting of integration related issues/support tickets
- Liaise with the internal team (Engg./Product) for custom API development and testing
- Assist the client’s IT team with required authorization and access to APIs
- Be the first point of contact for internal & external stakeholders for integration-related queries
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in integrations and maintaining APIs
- Sound knowledge of web Services, XML, JSON, SOAP, Restful API design and architecture
- Working knowledge of SQL, SOAP UI tool, and Postman Tool for analyzing and resolving support issues
- Excellent interpersonal organizational, presentation, and English communication skills
- Comfortable with learning new technology
- Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
